Outlook: After connecting Planbox with Outlook, ideas are created automatically based on the email content the moment an email is sent to a designated account; you can also set up alerts to create an idea from an email when certain keywords or phrases appear in an email’s subject or body.

Calendar: After connecting Planbox with your Calendar, reminders are automatically created for your challenge’s or innovation event’s start and end dates and any other key milestones and reminders you have set up in Planbox.

OneDrive: After connecting Planbox with OneDrive, attach new documents and add a comment to an idea when a new file is added to a designated OneDrive folder.
